At Central PA Connect, we are committed to enhancing healthcare delivery through seamless data sharing and collaboration. Founded and administered by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, we have been driving innovation in health information exchange since our certification by the Pennsylvania Patient & Provider Network (P3N) in May 2019.
During the most recent fiscal year (10/1/24 - 9/30/25), we processed over 5 million document queries, representing 70% of queries across the P3N network. We also processed over 2.8 million ADT messages, including one from Allegheny General Hospital to Guam, demonstrating our global reach. With 87% of documents retrieved by our members, we are proud to support the care of over 1.8 million patients.
Our goal is simple: to connect physician practices so that healthcare providers can exchange vital patient data and ensure it reaches the right hands at the right time. By providing timely, accurate, and actionable information, we empower providers to make well-informed decisions that improve patient care.
